Carbide Inserts for HPGR :
Roller press, used for mineral and cement breaking, inlayed with carbide inserts, can improve the wear-resistance more than 10 times than traditional overlaying welding. Life time would be more than 30000H for cement clinker, 25000H for cement raw material, 8000-10000H for iron mine.
HPGR technology working principle is that two counter-rotating grinding rolls expose a column of material to high pressure, which is distributed across the gap between the rolls. Inter particle comminution is the HPGR specific grinding process in which material particles are crushed and ground within the compressed material bed and not by contact with the roll surface. Feed material can be smaller than the gap, which is an important distinction as compared to crushers.
