Tungsten Carbide Grit:

Carbide grit, also called carbide particles, is used to weld or solder onto a steel body to increase the wear resistance of the wear parts. The life time would increase 5 - 10 times by this harfacing materials.

1.6 - 3.2mm

3.2 - 4.8mm

4.8 - 6.4mm

6.4 - 8.0mm

8.0-9.5mm

It can be also used for wear-resistance electrode and mace electrode.

The carbide particles 60% - 70% in it by difference diameter rods.
