A trencher is a piece of construction equipment used to dig trenches, especially for laying pipes or electrical cables, for installing drainage, or in preparation for trench warfare. Trenchers have a metal chain with teeth made of high-strength steel. This allows the machine to tear into the ground, lifting and moving massive amounts of earth. Because of the sheer size and strength of the machine, trenchers are capable of tearing through heavy tree root systems and densely packed earth.
What is a trencher used for?
Cutting pavement, creating drainage, shoveling, digging for electrical wires, piping work, shipping roots etc.
MCT provide wear enhancement solutions to trencher teeth by using Tungsten carbide
grits hardfacing.
Tungsten Carbide Embedding: The shark teeth are embedded with high-grade tungsten carbide particles, providing superior resistance to wear and the ability to cut through hard materials with ease.
Carbide Scorpion Teeth
Aggressive Cutting Edge: The scorpion-tooth design offers an aggressive cutting profile that ensures efficient and clean trenches with minimal effort.
Carbide Cup Teeth
Enhanced Productivity: The advanced design and tungsten carbide embedding allow for faster cutting speeds and smoother operation, increasing the overall productivity of trenching projects.
With more than 20 years' rich experience on products application of end users and 500 tons capacity of tungsten carbide, MCT definitely believe that our quality & services will satisfy your market.
