JAW CRUSHER - JAW PLATES

Jaw Crushers are mainly used as primary crushers and secondary crushers in mining, aggregates and quarries.
 
The most common wear parts in a Jaw crusher are jaw plates. One is called Fixed Jaw Plate(also called Stationary Jaw Plate), which is fixed vertically on the front wall of the machine frame.
The other one is called Movable Jaw Plate(also called Swing Jaw Plate), its position is inclined fixed on the pitman, and it forms a crushing chamber with the fixed jaw, which is big at feeding and small at discharging.

Our cheek plates are start from 13% Manganese with 2% chrome iron (Mn13Cr2). And our standard crusher jaws range from Mn13Cr2, Mn18Cr2 to Mn22Cr2. Some special designs, such as embedding ceramic inserts, adding molybdenum to extend wear life... can be supplied based on your requirements. We are a solution provider!
 
Premium Alternative To OEM Wear Parts
Fixed(stationary) and movable(swing) jaw die could be flat surfaced or corrugated. In general, jaw plates are made of high manganese steel which is the dominant wear material. High manganese steel is also known as Hadfield manganese steel, a steel whose manganese content is very high and which possesses austenitic properties. Such plates are not only extremely tough but are also quite ductile and work-harden with use.

We offer jaw plates in 13%, 18% and 22% grades of manganese with chromium ranging from 2%-3%.

MCT supply jaw plate type includes wide teeth ( WT), sharp teeth ( ST), corrugated ( C), coarse corrugated ( CC), heavy duty ( HD) and HD ultra thick ( UT).
Materials available in Mn13 manganese ( -001 / M1 equivalent grades), Mn18 manganese ( -002 / M2 equivalent grades) and Mn22 manganese (Special Order).
