MCT GLOBAL is an international manufacturer focusing on premium wear parts. We specialize in tungsten carbide and cermet materials for heavy-duty industries, including road maintenance and construction, aggregates and quarries, and forestry and agriculture.

 The Early Days & Our First Turning Point
Our journey started in 2003. Back then, we were just a small team of 5 to 7 people, producing carbide inserts for the oil and mining industries. Our first major turning point came in 2008, following the devastating May 12 earthquake. As the country began to rebuild houses, hospitals, and highways, there was a massive demand for construction sand. To support post-disaster urban reconstruction, we have shifted our focus and begun producing rotors for VSI crushers. Thanks to this strategic shift and 5 years of rapid expansion, we became one of the top carbide wear part manufacturers in China. In 2015, we proudly entered the overseas market.

 Expanding Horizons: The Snow Removal Market
As we grew, we continued to look for new challenges. Through deep market research, we discovered a huge demand for carbide snow removal parts in North America. Since fighting road friction shares a very similar logic with crushing stones, we confidently entered the snowplow industry in 2018. This became the second turning point for MCT. By 2021, our team had grown to over 50 people, and we became a leading manufacturer in this sector.

 Upgrading Capacity & Industrial Chain
To meet the growing global demand, we took a big step in 2021. We invested over 3 million USD to build a large, modern factory. This major upgrade expanded our tungsten carbide production capacity to 500 tons per year. More importantly, it allowed us to build our own complete industrial chain, ensuring consistent and premium quality for every product we deliver.

 The Future: Innovation & New Materials
On January 1, 2025, MCT introduced a brand-new logo to match our future strategic development. This new logo symbolizes our commitment to generating fresh concepts in the field of wear solutions. Today, market competition is fierce. It pushes us to think deeper about innovation, because making a difference is a must! Our ultimate pursuit has always been simple: How can we further prolong the lifespan of your wear parts?
To answer this, we are actively developing and promoting our new material, Cermet. Designed to replace traditional tungsten carbide in specific high-wear conditions, we believe Cermet will serve the market better and bring much more value to our customers.
