Cone crushers are usually used for primary and secondary crushing stages. Thanks to their efficient lamination crushing method, the final crushed stones always have an excellent shape. Inside a cone crusher, the crushing action happens between two core parts: the moving mantle and the stationary concave (also known as a bowl liner). They constantly grind against hard rocks and suffer the most intense wear and tear. As a result, they are the most frequently replaced wear parts in a cone crusher.
